Executive Competencies Framework
I hope to use this journal as a space for reflections, feedback and documentation of growth and development opportunities and initiatives. At this stage I'm in the process of putting together an executive development scorecard. i have found a couple of competency frameworks which identify the dimensions that might be relevant.

Hello-
I am pleased to have my blog featured on this page, however I would like to point out something that needs correction. My designation, shown as CEO, is incorrect.
The correct designation is Assoc. Vice President, Infosys Technologies and not as shown.
Since there does not appear to be any email id or other contact details on this page, I am alerting the authors/owners of this page via this comment.
I will be happy if this error can be removed at the earliest.
