Executive Competencies Framework

I hope to use this journal as a space for reflections, feedback and documentation of growth and development opportunities and initiatives. At this stage I'm in the process of putting together an executive development scorecard. i have found a couple of competency frameworks which identify the dimensions that might be relevant.
